We are a non-university scientific institute dedicated to the research of cardiovascular diseases and metabolic disorders. Our work focuses on diseases of the heart valves, arterial hypertension and diabetes.

We are looking for a full-time employee

Project Manager (m/f/d)

in medical research (clinical studies / registries)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and conduct of clinical studies and registries in accordance with the legal requirements of the Medical Device Law Implementation Act (MPDG), Medicinal Products Act (AMG), the relevant EU regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP), as well as internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Communication with clients, physicians, study coordinators, ethical committees, authorities, clinic administrations, etc.
  • Internal project management: Preparation of study documents (e.g. study protocols, patient information sheets, data collection forms), ethical submissions, contract management
  • Assumption of project responsibility, especially with regard to timelines and budget
  • Planning of study meetings / participation in study meetings

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Interest in medical research and the conduct of clinical studies and registries
  • Experience in conducting studies and registries (> 2 years)
  • You are a scientist, engineer (medical engineering, bio or life sciences), pharmacist or medical doctor (m/f/d)
  • Strong ability to work in a team
  • Commitment, reliability, structured and independent working attitude and high quality awareness
  • Personal initiative, enthusiasm and loyalt
  • Confident handling of EDP and excellent written and verbal communication skills (German, English)
